Careers at IAMX
We're a small, early-stage team building real-time AI digital humans — and we're always interested in exceptional people.
Who we are
IAMX (operated by IAMX LIVE DIGITAL HUMAN BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ VE YÖNETİM DANIŞMANLIĞI A.Ş.) builds real-time, voice-conversational AI "digital humans": lifelike characters you can talk to, powered by a cloud platform, a free Unreal Engine plugin, and a one-line web embed. We turn microphone audio and text into live conversation, natural voice, and facial animation streamed back in real time.
We're a v1.0 alpha. That means the product is real and in people's hands, but there's still a lot to figure out — and a lot of room for the people who join early to shape what IAMX becomes.
How we work
We're a small crew that ships fast and iterates in the open. Expectations are high, ownership is broad, and the distance between "good idea" and "in production" is short. Everyone here talks to users, touches real problems, and sees their work go live quickly — that's the upside of being early, and the tradeoff is that things are still moving and occasionally messy. If you like alpha-stage energy, that's a feature.
We're remote-friendly [adjust for your actual policy — time-zone overlap, hubs, on-site expectations]. We care far more about what you can build and how you think than about where you sit or which credentials you hold.
Where we could use great people
We don't have a fixed org chart, but the kinds of work that move IAMX forward tend to fall into a few areas. Strong generalists who cross these lines are especially welcome.
- Real-time graphics & Unreal — MetaHuman and character pipelines, live facial/lip animation, rendering and streaming performance, plugin development.
- Backend & platform — low-latency real-time services, the web panel, APIs, streaming infrastructure, reliability and scale.
- ML integration — wiring up and orchestrating third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google), evaluation, prompt and pipeline quality, latency and cost tuning.
- Design — product and interaction design for the creation experience, plus the craft of making digital humans feel natural and alive.
- Go-to-market — developer relations, content, partnerships, and helping the right people discover and adopt IAMX.
What we look for
- Evidence you can ship — real projects, shipped code, live demos, writing, or anything that shows the work.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward building over waiting.
- Care about the details that make a real-time experience feel good — latency, responsiveness, and the small things users feel but can't name.
- Directness, low ego, and a genuine interest in real-time AI, graphics, or the digital-human space.
Open roles
We don't have specific roles listed right now. That's not a "check back later" — we mean it literally. But we hire opportunistically, and a great message from the right person has started conversations before a formal opening existed.
