IAMX v2.0 is here: A new chapter for digital characters

IAMX v2.0 gives you more flexibility to design, animate and bring digital characters to your website. The renewed Avatar Studio brings scene design, conversation, animation and media actions together in one workspace.

Your character, your scene

Choose a catalog avatar or upload your GLB model, then shape the presentation with camera, lighting, background and platform controls. Configure idle, listening and talking animations separately to define how your character behaves throughout an interaction.

Actions that respond to conversation

Your character can trigger actions you have configured during a conversation. Combine animation, narration, music and video to greet a visitor, introduce a product or start a demonstration. You can also configure actions that begin after a period of inactivity.

Video becomes part of the scene

Place a video screen inside your 3D scene and adjust its position, rotation and size. Separate desktop and mobile layouts let you adapt the presentation to different screens.

Eight new templates for your website

Choose from presentations ranging from a transparent character and a portrait bubble to a scene window or conversation panel. Adjust the size and accent color, test the live preview and add the generated snippet to your website. A new portrait launcher and invitation bubble help visitors discover your character.

More natural expressions and smoother prepared narration

Expression transitions and animation playback have been improved. Lip-sync data for audio files uploaded to actions is prepared in advance and reused during subsequent playback, helping narration, character movement and accompanying media stay in sync.

More control over voice interaction

Tap the microphone to start hands-free conversation, or press and hold to control when you speak.
